Plus Fariones Habitat is the result of the work of artists and designers from Lanzarote. The complex is located less than 50 metres from the city beach Playa del Reducto and consists of 12 modern holiday apartments, all with unique views of the Marina of Arrecife, the capital of Lanzarote and the cultural heart of the island.

I have booked on the official website, can I modify or cancel my reservation?
Yes, in this link you can modify or cancel your reservation on our website. Read carefully the cancellation policy indicated in your reservation.
Do I have to notify the establishment if I am going to be late?
The reception is 24 hours, but please share with us your arrival time.
Can I check-in at Apartamentos Fariones before 12:00?
The official check-in time is 3:00 p.m., if your room was available, you could use it upon arrival, otherwise, we have a locker at reception where you can leave your luggage until check-in time.
When can I check-in at Habitat Avenida?
The official check-in time is 15.00h, if your room is available, you can make use of it on arrival.
Is there a late check-out service, until what time can I stay in the flat?
The check-out time is at 12:00 noon. If you wish, you can request a late check-out service. Check availability and price in customer service via whatsapp on +34 638 794 117 or by dialing the number 80 on the telephone of your flat.
Do you have flats available for people with reduced mobility?
Unfortunately we do not have flats for people with reduced mobility, although some customers with this disability have requested a flat on the ground floor->The ground floor can be understood as meaning that customers do not have to take stairs or lift to access, I would remove it or explain it a little better. Please ask for more information at info@plusfariones.com or phone (+34) 928 59 59 92.
Is there air conditioning in all the flats?
Yes, all flats have air conditioning. For the air conditioning to be switched on in the flat, the windows and the entrance door must be properly closed.
Do you have TV channels in several languages?
Yes, we have international channels in several languages.
Do the TVs have Chromecast?
Yes, we have a Chromecast device in the living room of all flats.
Do the flats have a hairdryer?
Yes, there is a hairdryer in the bathroom.

Yes, all flats have an iron and ironing board.

Is smoking allowed in the flats?
In accordance with Spanish legislation 42/2010, smoking is prohibited in any indoor and outdoor space, except those authorized for outdoor smoking. This prohibition also affects the interior of the apartments. In the solarium you can smoke and you can find ashtrays.
Is there parking available?
Right in front of Habitat Avenida is the Parking Islas Canarias where you can benefit from a discount for staying with us. You can book it with us by writing to info@habitatavenida.com, calling (+34) 928 51 00 10 or by whatsapp: +34 638 794 117.
Is there a restaurant in the accommodation?
On the ground floor of the building you will find the restaurant Niño Salvaje.
Is there a cleaning service?
Yes, we have a cleaning service every 3 days.
If you need clean towels, you can ask for them at customer service.

Unfortunately this establishment does not allow pets.

Our flats are only 10 minutes by car from the airport. It is located at Avenida de la Mancomunidad 2B, 35500 Arrecife, Spain, Lanzarote.
