Habitat Avenida, located in the capital of Arrecife, Lanzarote, is a renovated and modern holiday building facing the sea and 50 meters from the Reducto beach.

The building consists of 12 apartments of 3 types with sea views fully equipped with kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom. Among the common areas there is a solarium with views of the bay of Arrecife, a meeting room and a restaurant specializing in "Nomads Food" and cocktails.

The interior design project has been developed by the architect Quirina Morales and in the hall we can find a mural by the Lanzarote artist Nicolás Láiz.
